From Incarceration to Inspiration

John Warren is the visionary behind S.O.I.L-Sprouting Optimistic Intelligent Leaders, a mentorship program dedicated to preventing youth from entering or returning to jail by cultivating leadership, purpose, and positive identity.

At just a young age, John was sentenced to life as a juvenile and went on to serve 25 years in prison. But rather than let his sentence define him, he chose to redefine himself- and eventually, an entire movement.

A Journey of Growth & Resilience

While incarcerated, John committed himself to education and self-development. He earned:

•  His High School Diploma

•  Certifications in Legal Assistance and Private Investigation

•  Multiple rehabilitative and personal growth programs.

It was during this period of transformation that the seed for was planted. He envisioned a program rooted in mentorship, knowledge, and hope- designed to help others avoid the same path he walked.

Leading a New Generation

Today, John leads with lived wisdom, compassion, and conviction- offering young people the tools, mindset, and support they need to grow into the leaders of tomorrow.
